Automation of complex distribution processes of TMD Friction Eurasia on the basis of 1C: ERP 2.5

Objectives

  • To adapt the corporate system of basic business process management to the new capabilities of version 2.5.
  • Reflect all financial and business activities in a unified information field according to corporate standards.

Challenges

  • Finalize the system of currency exchange rates accounting, revise the algorithms of their obtaining, storage and use
  • Revise the data storage architecture of the collateral subsystem
  • Adapt new mechanisms of data storage for reconciliation of mutual settlements
  • Add new features in the planning of payments in the applications for the expenditure of funds
  • Change the functionality in the tools of accounting and cost management of the enterprise and was adapted to the requirements of the customer

About the project

TMD Friction is a world leader in the production of friction brake technologies. The company had already implemented the 1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2 system by assino Group specialists. But the client had a need to adapt the existing functionality of version 2.4 to the data accounting methodology of version 2.5 as soon as possible.

Project results

  • All accounting systems of the enterprise were fully finalized and automated: operational, managerial, regulated accounting
  • All project blocks were put into operation as soon as possible
  • The system was successfully integrated with the distributor’s website and adapted to the data accounting methodology in version 2.5.
  • Management of business processes of the enterprise is set up
