We are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our expanding marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with existing and potential corporate clients, building long-term relationships;
  • Consulting & Presentations: Advise clients on ERP solutions (1C, SAP, and other systems), preparing and delivering compelling presentations;
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the full sales process, from lead generation to the closing of deals, in collaboration with project experts;
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and execute sales strategies tailored to corporate clients;
  • Contract Negotiation: Draft commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure fulfillment of commitments;
  • Market Insight & Reporting: Stay informed on market trends and report key insights to the team. Provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems and business processes;
  • Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders;
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently;
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, Bitrix24 or similar platforms is a plus);
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills (especially Russian) are a plus.

Education & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or consulting, particularly in ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, 1C);
  • A degree in Economics or a Technical field.
